4.0− The receptionist assigned me a smoking room, even though I am a non-smoker, claiming that the hotel was fully booked. When the staff shift changed, I asked the evening receptionist to move me to a different room; I was relocated to a non-smoking floor, where the furniture was significantly better. I later discovered that only three rooms on that entire floor were occupied, while the rest were empty. To save on costs, the hotel management turns off the air conditioning and lights in the hallways most of the time, making the place feel dark and gloomy. On some floors, you can even smell urine emanating from the carpets. The breakfast selection was extremely poor, and both the bathroom and the furniture were very old and worn out. It was a bad experience; I will definitely not be returning to this hotel.

− Everything not good, looks better on booking.com than in person.... outdated furniture, no electrical outlets, ac not working in both rooms, left mid afternoon first day due to no resolving problems, 8 days after disputing resevation they would not refund us our reservation, terrible hotel, terrible owners, hotel room buyer beware!!!!! Stay away from this hotel.
