1.0Nothing- and I’m not hard to please
− The hotel room was filthy. There was either blood or fecal matter on the wall paper in the bathroom. Mold through the ceiling. I debated not staying and paying for another hotel but I couldn’t do it financially. The carpet felt so disgusting I walked around in my shoes.

6.0− The breakfast buffet was not great… staff were not attentive… eggs and potatoes! Coffee had no taste!!.. extremely weak. Supper on the other hand was good and staff were great! ( different shift).
Only good as a pistop
4.0The staff was friendly and helpful.
− Our room faced an outside area where there were alot of illegal activities. My bed was horrible. A sagged on one side AND had a bump in the middle. Breakfast wasn't great either.
If it hadn't been for the cold pool the stay would have been very good.
8.0The staff were helpful and pleasant. The price is reasonable.
− I book there for the pool but the pool was too cold. I mentioned it on the first day and the issue was the same the same day.
