− The Valet guy at the entrance is rude, and unwelcoming. No help with the bags from the staff when checking in.

10.0This was a fabulous hotel for our stay. We enjoyed the amenities and the cleanliness of the room was perfect each day. Front desk service was friendly and welcoming. Shuttle available to places 3 miles away. Great shopping and restaurant choices nearby.
Best value for money
10.0The Royal Sonesta left a lasting impression on my family. Visiting from Australia, we were made to feel really at home. So many positives: 10 minutes walk from one of America’s biggest shopping malls, we couldn’t ask for more convenience. The free shuttle service which took you anywhere within a 3 mile radius was an unexpected bonus. Perhaps the greatest joy for us was the courteous and helpful staff. We want to particularly single out Alma at the restaurant. She went above & beyond in attending to our needs making breakfast time a special delight. We highly recommend the Royal Sonesta to anyone visiting Houston.
