1.0Just the hotel is near to Times Square
− Receptioni staff is. Very rude. And. Totally. Arrogance. And Infact. They. Took from me hotel room charges. By mistake or fraud I am not sure which I was paid online. They told me that you have to pay deposit for. Room I said ok. And I just punch on pos machine I used debit card. And. In after few hours I saw my bank balance was very low when I checked the statement then I know that I was charged. Twice. One time online and. Second time by receptionist so I called the manager he came. And. He. Just say sorry. And. He. Said. I dropped it back. But until now I don’t get back refund to my account. Since. 25 days And. I send 3 or 4 emails. To. Enquirer about the payment or swift copy needed by my bank in dubai. But they don’t reply me at all I think I have been robed so I wil wait for some time. If I don’t get then I will take legal actions. On them it’s totally waste. Of money to go there. For sure. Very bad experience. .

Hotel muito bom, porém ruído da rua atrapalha.
8.0Quarto espaçoso e confortável e passa sensação de limpeza. Bom banheiro, com box com porta de vidro, espelho com luz de led. Hotel possui 4 elevadores. Localizado na Times Square, perto de muitos pontos turísticos e shows da Broadway, com entrada da estação de metro na esquina. Embora não tenha usado, possui um grande estacionamento pago ao lado.
− O que mais me incomodou foi o barulho da rua… por estar na 8th Av com 49th, ao lado da Times Square, é uma área com bastante barulho de carros de policia, ambulancias e carros de bombeiro passando. E não sei se o fato de na esquina ao lado do hotel existir uma estação do Corpo de Bombeiros piorou a situação, mas a região é realmente muito barulhenta. O hotel não tem muitos andares (fiquei no 10o) e não as janelas não bloqueiam o ruido. Academia bem pequena, mas ok. Vi pessoas reclamando dos funcionários… realmente, os da recepção não são muito simpáticos, mas fazem o que tem que ser feito, só ter paciência. Atenção para os custos extras para armazenar bagagem.
