− The hotel was under renovation which was not mentioned in the booking. I was told I could not have extra.towels because they did not have housekeeping my bed was broken and there was exposed wires.
Stay fine, just missed about the double charge I thought would be easy to fix but WAS NOT

− Had a billing issue with a previous I s stay . Got billed twice for a second night stay. Was billed %114.02 twice with the same billing number front desk person said it wasn't his problem. I'm out 114.02.
