3.0− Vor Ort habe ich auf Nachfrage für die Übernachtungskosten keine Quittung bekommen. Mir wurde gesagt, dass booking.com die Quittung ausstellt. Das stimmt nicht. Für die Kurtaxe wollte mir die Dame an der Rezeption zunächst eine Quittung ausstellen, hat dann aber festgestellt, dass der Drucker nicht funktioniert. Sie wollte mir die Quittung per Mail zusenden, was sie dann doch nicht getan hat. Auf meine schriftliche Nachfrage über booking.com habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Noch ein Punkt: Nur kaltes Wasser am Waschbecken im Zimmer.
