9.0Un enorme hotel con muchas opciones de comida, actividades y espacios. Pileta para adultos y para niños también. El servicio o se playa también es bueno. Recomendados para amigos o familia, para algo en peraja iría a algo más tranquilo.
− En muchos sectores las reposteras están muy amontonodas, si bien tienen un servicio general, cobran adicional también por muchas cosas, como sectores preferenciales de pileta y playa y también hasta una crema o bata en la habitación.
Not Good Enough
6.0Pros : Great location Cons: Older Marriott. 800 rooms. Air con was very unreliable and we had technicians in our room many times. Also very inconsiderate. . They ring your room at 9:30pm at night, every night to tell you to close your curtains because of the turtle breeding season with no consideration if you are asleep. We told them if they have to ring, ring at 7pm as some of us want to sleep. They did not listen. Rude as well. No mention on the web site about this as well.
It was ok but for the price I would have expected better service like we have received at other JW's
6.0The room was a good size and relatively quiet. The front desk staff were mostly friendly. Housecleaning staff did a good job. The bellmen were quick and friendly. Valet was quick and friendly.
− Restaurant food offerings were very overpriced for what it was and not a wide selection for staying there multiple days, so we wound up eating elsewhere. The pools were nice but practically impossible to get a pool chair unless you get down there super early or pay $150 to reserve one. The last night of our stay someone was smoking pot which came through the vents near the bathroom and by the shower, we had to open the balcony door to try to air it out. The worst experience was with management. My spouse slipped and fell in the lobby hallway on a large puddle of water someone spilled there. Another guest who saw it happen went to the desk to get help and no one came, so my spouse got up and went to the desk to get someone while I stayed by the water spill so no one else would slip and fall (at least 6 families walked by or kids ran by while I waited and would've slipped there). A manager finally showed up and said nothing else but "Is this the spill?" I said yes, he directed the cleaner to wipe it up and walked away. He was less than friendly or helpful, no asking if my spouse was ok or injured, if we needed anything, or if they could help. There was no care about the fact that someone just slipped and fell in their hotel, except for sending a security person to our room to take a report with an excuse that people spill things sometimes and its out of their control. Just the way they handled this situation alone would make me never return there.

10.0One of our favorite locations ever. The check-in experience was wonderful and easy. Very friendly, quick and we were upgraded to an oceanfront room with the most amazing view. We used almost every restaurant on the premise, the food was phenomenal, and the staff at all establishments were friendly, helpful and kind. The beach was so big, plenty of space to relax. The chairs were spaced out nicely. The ocean was perfection. The kids loved the arcade, and the hotel was walking distance to everything. We will definitely be back.
