− En el hotel no tuvieron en cuenta, o no revisaron, que ya había hecho el prepago de la habitación y me hicieron una retención en mi tarjeta de crédito por otra cantidad mayor al costo de la habitación. Por esa razón, se bloqueó mi tarjeta de crédito. De hecho, a dos días de nuestra salida, no han hecho la liberación de las retenciones. Recomiendo revisar y tener en cuenta.
