10.0Returned again for at least the 3rd time this year, and they never disappoint! Awesome room with a great view of the Mississippi River. Awesome M Club, maybe in the top 3 of all Marriott (maybe the best). Gumbo at night, Omelets and beignets in the morning. Can't get that anywhere else!! Really good fitness center. Very good valet service. Already booked at least 2 more times later this year!!

3.0Das Hotel an sich war OK.
− Die Unterkunft hat 47.62 $ mehr als auf Booking.com angezeigt von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Beim Check-Out wurde dies nur damit erklärt, dass es sich vermutlich um eine Steuer handelt und eine Erstattung verweigert. Auf der Rechnung finden sich allerdings keine Positionen, die sich auf 47.62 $ summieren und dies plausibel machen würden. In jedem Fall wirbt Booking.com damit, dass alle Gebühren im Preis inkludiert seien, was die Mehrbelastung in jedem Fall unrechtmäßig macht. Der Support gibt an eine E-Mail an die Unterkunft gesendet zu haben, ignoriert die Angelegenheit jedoch seit über einem Monat. Auch telefonisch erreicht man nur eine KI, die das Anliegen dann verschriftlicht. Früher war der Booking.com Support ausgezeichnet, scheint jetzt aber wohl mit AI zusammengespart worden zu sein. Ich werde in Zukunft vermutlich auf andere Buchungsportale ausweichen.

4.0There is absolutely no way this is a four-star hotel. I have just arrived and my room only has two tiny drawers. And the room itself is so small. And the only place to hang your towel is right next to the toilet. I was using a corporate credit card that I do not have and I called weeks before my trip and they said I did not need to do anything but show up. Well that was a lie. They needed some form of authorization from my job. Thankfully the person who needed to authorize it was available or I would have been without a place to stay. But the most absurd part of this? THE ROOMS HAVE NO FULL-LENGTH MIRRORS. Please be so for real. I'm here for a conference and I cannot believe this is what this hotel offers. In what world do people not want to know how they look before they walk out the door? Especially people who are here for work like I am or on vacation. I guess they are going for some kind of aesthetic, but the rooms are absolutely not functional. So angry.
Nice hotel with great location
10.0Location is perfect! Walkable to everywhere. Hotel is huge and offers many good and drink selections. Pantry is well stocked with just about any item you need. Lobby is beautiful and large with ample seating. Rooms are nice with great views of the city on a high floor.
Terrible service and noisy
4.0We are in a room next to the pool and fitness room. They forgot about us and forgot cleaning service. Had to keep asking for towels. It’s super noisy from the street, from the pool, from the fitness center, and the people who work here with walkie-talkies right in front of our room late at night. We are now listening to cars drag racing. When calling the front desk, it goes to an automated system. Super frustrating. Skip this spot
