− A limpeza do sofá cama deixava a desejar
I felt like it was a waist of money because I can’t come to have some rest after so much work then when I will ask they
3.0Poor cleaning service. We had to stay for days in the room, like three days before the had to come clean our room. After so many phone calls were made. And after when the cleaner came, we ask her to change our bedsheet,she told us that is not her place to do so. (Wow)what a way to reply a customer with an angry face. I really don’t know if is because we were black skin or what.

7.0Lokacija dokaj blizu letališča, vendar je bila gneča na cesti zjutraj proti letališču in je dobro kreniti kakšno minuto prej zaradi tega
− Umivalnik v kopalnici ni bil najbolj čist, kar je za tak hotel kar malo nenavadno. Ob prihodu sem povedal, da sem zamudil let in receptor je tudi videl, da nimam kovčka s sabo, a mi ni ponudil nobene rezervne toalete, kar bi sicer za tak nivo hotela pričakoval.
