− We had no hot water on Sunday when we went to shower. The hotel was booked up due to several events in the city that weekend.
View great, stay no so great.
4.0I had a haborview room. The view was great.
− Air conditioning was broken. It was horrible the room was hot. Took us contacting staff several times before we had to physically go to the lobby for assistance. Even after maintenance came and assure us they fixed the problem. The air conditioning didn't cook off the room.
I wish it was better especially for the money I spent to stay one night. Pool was awesome staff needs customer service t
