Great for my purpose of right at Grand Central. This was a business trip.
7.0The room was a nice size and clean. Very spacious for a NYC hotel. Bobby at the bell stand is very friendly. Staff at the front desk could be friendlier at check in.
− Extra fees are excessive. Free water bottle in the room would be nice for over $500/night. Paying to store luggage is annoying.
