Needs a renovation
4.0This is my third time here. This hotel is badly in need of an update. Rooms look to be from the 90s and everything is just worn. It is not what I would expect from a Hyatt and we stay at them a lot (we are globalist). I would have left tonight but my family is against changing hotels again as this is our third island this week so I am stuck, but this will be my last visit her until they do an update. Check in was smooth and the staff was fine I will give them that.

10.0The location was perfect, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!
A Great Stay, Even After 12 Years
10.0This was my second stay at the property, 12 years after my first visit. I was pleased to see how well the management team has maintained it over the years. The location is convenient, and the onsite rental car agency is a great added benefit. This continues to be my preferred place to stay whenever I visit Oahu.

6.0Hotel was nice, rooms need updated, our room had minor defects and air really did not cool. Parking needs attention and elevators took forever and were full every time going down. food and bar was mid at best. used points for room so glad is was free.
