8.0The location was great and Lily on the front desk was incredibly helpful.
− The bed/bedding gave me back pain. The room could have done with a bit of a refresh as was starting to look a little tired.
Overall a good hotel

− Dinner was average but expensive for what we got. Bedroom for us was located by a generator which could be heard all night. Strange green light glowing all night was not great.

− The Junior Suite looked nothing like the image - was basically a very big room, not with separated parts. Our check in information asked for dietary information which we provided but made no difference to what was left in the room for tea and coffee, so seems a waste of everyone’s time to ask.
Bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to a separate group contract, which will be sent directly by the hotel. This is our closet parking lot where guests can park for £28 per 24 hours. Leonardo Hotel Cardiff can validate guest parking tickets for this car park giving a 10% discount on this charge. Discount is also offered for pre-booked spaces via the NCP Website, Capital Shopping Car Park – North Edwards Street, CF10 2HH This is a shopping center car park 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. The car park is closed between midnight and 6am. Guests can park for £18 per 24 hours. Discount is offered for pre-booked spaces via www.citycentre.apcoa.co.uk reducing it to £8 per 24 hours.
