The room was cool during extreme heat. Space was clean. Staff were accommodating and friendly. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. Waffles were good.

− The pool was closed by the health department. There was no elevator and coffee was only available in the breakfast area which was on the first floor. There was only one ice machine which is also located on the first floor. The 2nd floor hallway was extremely hot.

Hot and not ready on time

It was cheap

− Air conditioning took almost 5 hours to drop the tempature below 80 degrees. The room was not ready on arrival at 3pm. At 320 we were given room keys, the room was still dirty, with no sheets or covers on the bed, no towels, and the entire facility was sweltering hot. Breakfast cereal was stale, and facility was pretty run down.

Nastiest place I have ever stayed.

Nothing

− Everything. This was a nasty place to stay. Stains on furniture, carpet so dirty it turned my socks black. It has turned me off to Baymont. They have lost a customer in me.
