8.0Everyone was very happy and eager to help with any questions and requests.
− A hand towel had a stray hair on it and one looked stained.
The facility is nice. The staff are nice. But we wanted a good night’s sleep. We didn’t get that.

− The air conditioning was very loud. It would go on and off all night long. Sounded like jet plane taking off in our room each time. Deafening As a result, we slept very poorly.

2.0I don't normally write negative reviews, after leaving 3 messages and sending 2 emails to the manager with no response here it is. We checked into the hotel at 3:15 om June 21, 2026. We got to the room, and it was still dirty and not cleaned yet, went back to front desk and they moved us to room 627. We got ready for dinner went out and came back around 9:30pm, got into bed. Fifteen minutes after lying in bed my friend said she smelled a string urine odor; she hopped out of bed and pulled the "clean" sheets down. The urine smell was very strong, she got closer to the mattress, and the urine smell was overwhelming. I called down to front desk explained that the mattress was soaked with urine and they sent up the house keeping with new sheets. I called back down and she said they would move us to 627, and she would be right up with the key. Not it is 10:15 pm and we packed up all our stuff to move down the hallway. We waited in the hallway another 15 minutes nobody came with a key. I went down to the lobby and the young lady said oh sorry I had to deal with another issue, she gave me the keys and we got into the new room. The new room had an air conditioner that barely worked and turned off and on every 3 minutes all night. We checked out the next morning at 9:30 am and I told the front desk what had happened she said a manager would be in touch. I have called and emailed but still no response. If you plan to stay here beware of the cleanliness and the air contioner issues. Good Luck
