− La piscina principal algo sucia.

− La cafeteria cerraba muy pronto . Y aunque no dependa d Las Dunas, sino del Ayuntamiento, es lamentable las insuficientes recogidas d basuras en la calke junto a los aptos.... con los contenedores a rebosar o llenos, con la basura tirada por el suelo, con mal olor por las materias organicas.

− Faltan muchas sombras, árboles y toldos en las zonas de tránsito, aseos cerca de las piscinas, pasamanos en las bajadas por las escaleras de las piscinas más pequeñas. En los apartamentos de dos habitaciones sin terraza está muy complicado tender la ropa, quizás unos tendederos en el ventanal del salón. La atención en el restaurante-cafetería no nos gustó, prácticamente lo tienes que hacer todo y teniendo en cuenta los precios no nos parecen razonables, también el pago por adelantado de la consumición es un poco “cutre”, en resumen pequeñas cosas que creemos se pueden corregir.
