We were traveling from out of state. The staff working the front desk were very helpful in our planning and helping us to prioritize what we would do in the limited amount of time we had. This hotel was conveniently located for visiting both Canaan Valley State Park and Hocking Hills State Park.

Exceptionally Nice People

Every person at this hotel were some of the kindest and friendly hotel staff we've interacted with. They provided cookies and ice cream, made sure we had all we needed in our room, and gave great tips on places to eat out. We stayed on the Main Stay side with a mini kitchenette, which is nice to have if you are there for several days doing many outdoor activities. A solid free breakfast is included.

I booked my stay through a third-party site, but I wanted to take a moment to share what a wonderful experience we had at your Logan, Ohio location from July 4 through July 6. Our stay was truly five stars. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what really made the experience exceptional was your staff. We were checked in by Braden, who took the time to welcome us and provide helpful information about the area. Throughout our stay, every staff member we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. It was some of the best guest service I've experienced in my travels—honestly even more polished than at some hotels that are considered far more prestigious. I especially want to recognize Deidra. Each evening we asked for restaurant recommendations, and she went far beyond simply suggesting places to eat. She checked which restaurants were open, offered menu and ordering suggestions, and even provided alternatives when needed. The level of personalized service she provided rivaled the concierge programs I've experienced at luxury hotels. Please let your team know how much we appreciated their hospitality. They are the reason I would gladly return to your Logan location and recommend it to others. Thank you for hiring, supporting, and retaining such an outstanding staff.

Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Young ladies at the front desk were really friendly and helpful with ideas for restaurants and hiking trails.

− Dogs barking through the night across the hall . The smell of pets being masked with cleaning agents by the maids. Never received clean towels had to ask maid in hallway 2 days in a roll for towels, had to ask for trash bags . Dog crap on elevator . My husband was told that the second floor is for guest and their dogs , the third floor is for guest with no pets , we did not travel with a pet .
