9.0Perfect if you want to stay near the Market. Absolutely incredible service from the staff, especially Sonija and Sneha.
− Wifi Service needs to be improved, there were multiple routers outside the rooms. However, the signal strength was surprisingly weak.

10.0Location is great. 10-min walk (uphill) to Darjeeling Mall. 6-min walk (downhill) to the Darjeeling railway station. Breakfast was adequate with both Indian and Continental options. Great view from the room through large glass windows. There is also a table tennis table, and the equipment can be borrowed from the reception.
