− При заселенні не попередили про відсутність гарячої води Не працюючий телевізор, точніше він працює але не показує канали Коли пересуваєшся по кімнаті всі меблі наче оживають, бо грає підлога Облаштоване паркомісце відсутнє як таке, ставиш авто там де знайдеш місце
