− I politely inquired about an early check in, to which I was met with what felt like a literal laugh in my face. I understand the reasoning behind a room not being available but the bald male staffing the desk came across as arrogant and unwelcoming. I’m being polite in my description whereas I can come up with other names to describe his unprofessionalism.

− Unattended kids at the pool. It would have been helpful to know about the QR codes under the TV to help navigate our stay a little better. It wasn't mentioned when we checked in and we saw it on the way out.
