Lovely staff, spacious room, decent pool, good breakfast, close to train station
8.0The staff were lovely!! We celebrated a birthday and they made the birthday girl feel special on both the first and last day of our stay, which was beautiful!!! The pool was a decent size and clean. Breakfast was pretty good and they provided complimentary water bottles daily. The room was spacious and the beds were quite nice. The hotel was very close to MRT (train) station, which was very convenient! Overall, a good stay!
− The hotel advertised a pool bar but it was not opened the entire time we were there which was disappointing! Also the pool closed early (7pm). Plus paying $12 for a cup of coffee at the hotel bar at night was insane (and that’s prior to the service charge and tax!)

3.0The staff arrange me to a higher level room
− When I back to the hotel from Metro meet a heavy raining, I am standing there to call the hotel call center if we can have somebody to pass an umbrella. The staff reject immediately and we have to get wet from Newton station to the hotel where just two minutes walk. I am not satisfied without umbrella suppor

8.0The room bed and pillows were really comfortable. The executive lounge food was very good. The lounge was serene outside of 530pm-730pm. The staff at the breakfast buffet restaurant worked extra hard due to the long weekend. Thank you.
− Lack of a coffee machine in our executive floor room. A nespresso or nespresso type machine would have been nice. Even the executive lounge coffee was not very good unfortunately. Also if you have an iphone and would like to cast say a tv show or movie onto the room TV, that sadly won't work. At least it didnt for our room because we were told the TV onky works with Android phones. Unfortunate.
