− Sofa in lounge a bit grubby and had patched arm which was coming off. Sounds petty but at the price of the room I would expect better.

Nice location, but not recommended for summer season.

The apartment hotel is located 5 minutes walk from London Underground station which is great. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The hotel staff was nice. The hotel and the apartment were modern and in a very good condition.

− The apartment is not air conditioned, it has only two ceiling fans which barely make any wind to chill the room. Even tough the outside temperatures were not very high (17-26 Celcius) the temperature inside the hotel hallway and room was very high and the fans were not sufficient. We had to keep to room window open during day and night, which cause a lot of noise from the street which disturbed us and awaken us up very early in the morning. The apartment that we stayed in is definitely not suitable for London summer. In my opinion the price per night was very high to the service provided, since this is an apartment hotel, so the service does not include daily cleaning and towel replacement. I would not recommend it for summer time.

Any reservation of 5 or more suites will be considered a group and therefore will be subject to specific terms and conditions depending on the group size.

Please note that we do not accept parties and guests must not congregate in any individual suite.

Bookings will be subject to a security deposit of £100 when staying in a Studio Suite or a One Bedroom Suite for a maximum stay of 6 nights. A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival.

The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards.

Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.
