9.0Abbiamo ripiegato casualmente su questa struttura dopo essere stati avvisati ha un host di non presentarci alla casa prenotata. Ma il personale è stato di grande disponibilità e aiuto, il monolocale spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario, tutto molto accogliente e funzionale.
− Non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto della struttura, la consiglio con entusiasmo.

− Housekeeping nur auf Anfrage, Sauberkeit in der Küche hätte besser sein können, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserhahn waren undicht.

8.0Location is perfect. Earl's court station is five mins away and there are several restaurants and grocery shops within a short walking distance. The room/apartment was spacious. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
− No dishwasher where there was supposed to be one. They should be providing a liquid hand wash instead of a bar soap. Towel/linen changes are once a week along with overall cleaning of the room.
Please note, both the credit/debit card used to make the booking and the card holder must be present at the time of check-in. Please note the lead guest must be 18 years and older.
