Good location and condo structure , but the apartment needs much better maintenance to provide the quality guests expect

Spacious apartment with a good layout, a nice pool, and a convenient location close to Bang Tao Beach. The staff tried to help after we reported the issues and eventually offered additional housekeeping. The territory is green and quiet, making it pleasant for families.
− Unfortunately, the apartment did not match the standard we expected. At check-in, the washing machine and TV were not working, and several maintenance issues had not been resolved before our arrival. It took time to get everything fixed, which affected our holiday. Communication was polite, but many problems required repeated reminders. The apartment would benefit from better maintenance and a more thorough inspection before guests arrive.

Большая зеленая и очень ухоженная территория, 2 бассейна по 25 метров, так как в кондо мало апартаментов, то у бассейнов людей не много . Большие и очень светлые и комфортные аппартаменты
