10.0露天風呂とオーナーさんの親切さ＆可愛いわんちゃん（サニーくん）のお出迎えの素敵なお宿です。 素泊まりだったので夜ご飯のおすすめを聞いたら近所にあるオーナーさんのお父さまの居酒屋を紹介いただき 車で送迎してくれました。とても楽しいお店で結局オープンからラストまで過ごしてしまいました！

9.0受付スタッフの丁寧な対応がありがたく、浴場が予約制/夜間は自由に利用可能で露天風呂もあり、ゆっくりできました。 清里の近くで研修だったため、宿泊のために利用しましたが、旅行の際ゆっくりしたい時にまた利用したい場所だなと感じました。
− 山の中だからかWifi が弱い時もあり、受付で提示されていた宿のwifiが繋がりにくく、もう一つの飛んでいた宿のwifiに同じパスワードを入れると繋がりやすくなっていました。携帯のデータwifi自体もかなり繋がりにくい場所です。

9.0スタッフの方がとても感じが良くお客様を公平に扱っていたのが気持ち良かった！！ お寺の法事で沢山の花を貰ったのですがそれを差し上げたら入口に素敵な花瓶に入れて飾って下さいました！！ありがとうございました！！ 夜焚き火をしてくださって宿泊のお客様と話が弾みました！！インスタ交換してお友達になれました！！感謝！！ 朝ごはんもスタッフ手作りでとても美味しかったです！！ お風呂も24時間入れて有難かったです！！
− お部屋が少し暗かったです！！ 素敵なディナーの写真が載っていたが宿に電話するとそれは今やっていなかったのでその写真だけ は載せない方が良かったかもです！！
