− It seems to be a low budget long-term local rental property, which is worth knowing before you book. During my stay I found: no towel or bedding provided beyond a cigarette burnt dirty mattress cover, significant road noise through thin walls, mosquitoes in the room, and the shared bathroom had no working lights, visible mould, and presence of insects. I photographed these conditions. The street it was on also felt uncomfortable to me personally at night. When I raised my concerns with Booking.com and shared photos, the owner became confrontational. In my opinion, the listing photos did not reflect the actual condition of the facilities, which are in much need of maintenance. I'd suggest booking a short stay before deciding to stay longer.
