Historic cottage near plenty of facilities not far from Hobart.

Wonderful historic cottage, just over the road from good pub and restaurant, not far from town with all the facilities you need.

− Very little, could do with a bannister on the stairs and the parking area was a bit tight, but no big deal.

A lovely & cozy experience.

The hosts were so lovely! Upon arrival there was a hamper filled with amazing snacks and 'goodies' that went over and above any other places we've stayed. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge with some crackers & camembert cheese. There was even treats for my pup - organic, dehydrated, lamb treats and food/water bowls. Espresso machine - a bonus! I would stay again; in fact, I tried to another time, but these guys book out so quickly, and I can see why. Very accomodating, and their house keeper is extremely thorough and very friendly to boot!

Great setting, history.....cottage VERY comfortable tho may need a lift as I age! Good choice of teas/coffees!

− Felt the breakfast basket could have done with some fruit, and perhaps hummus/tahini/vegemite not just jams/honey neither of which I like! Also perhaps two Tasmanian cheeses not just one!

Great place. Everything you need for a self catering holiday and more. Bread, cheese, milk, butter, Jams and other little extras provided for breakfast.
