1.0I was moved from the hotel i booked into another at Ruskin. No heater for 4 night in winter. Complained and threathened that i will be kicked out for complaining. Staff are very rude and nasty . No respect for customers. I am going to ask for a full refund back.

1.0I did not stay at the above address it was changed at the last minute by the host to 40 West st the link sent for the door locking was not the same that was at west st I rang the host got a recorded message It took over five hours for a reply
− Disgusted with the service I booked in elsewhere Never use them again and it cost me a lot of money
