Una tomadura de pelo.
1.0− Este alojamiento ha sido una tomadura de pelo por parte del dueño, ya que no cumplió las condiciones mínimas de mantenimiento y limpieza en la "Cabaña Iglú". Nada más llegar, tuvimos que limpiar la mesa y sillas, que hay en el interior, no si antes tener que frotar con jabón y agua, la bayeta y estropajo de la cocina, ya que lo encontramos con una negrura, y olor horrible, (La imagen que comparto de la bayeta, es después de frotar , no me di cuenta en hacer la foto antes). Dejaron sábanas para hacer nosotros la cama y al retirar la colcha, en esta misma, había suciedad acumulada, la sábana que cubre colchón, con pelos y suciedad. Las esquinas de la cabaña con telas de araña y bichos atrapados en ellas. El estor de la ventana roñoso con bastantes manchas de moho. El suelo que da al porche, cedió al pisar y se nos metió el pié. El caso es que, el dueño comenta que no estaba para alquilar el sábado 4 de julio, ya que, según él, iba a pintar el exterior esa misma tarde y que Booking fue quien dejó reservar. Después nos dice que, el domingo en cuanto nos fuésemos, lo pintaría, pero al tiempo de despedirse, comenta que fuésemos puntuales en desalojar la cabaña a las 12, para la llegada de nuevos clientes, esto es un sin sentido, no lo entendemos. Decidimos irnos de allí, avisamos al dueño y éste ni respondió. Tuvimos que reservar otro alojamiento, que por 24€ más, nos garantizó la limpieza y mantenimiento que se requiere, cuando elijes un alojamiento para descansar. Es la primera vez en todos estos años reservando a través de Booking, que vivimos una situación así. Reclamamos a Booking y nos lo ha solucionado con compensación económica, ya que el dueño sigue sin responder a la solicitud que le envío Booking de cancelación de la reserva, para la devolución íntegra de la misma. Desde aquí, muchas gracias Booking por tratar este tema con empatía después del disgusto que nos llevamos.
