10.0L'appartement est spacieux (3 chambres) comme neuf. La cuisine est bien équipée le salon est très grand avec balcon et vue sur la mer. 5ème étage avec 2 ascenseurs à moins de 5mn à pied de la mer. Air conditionné centralisé. On pourrait y vivre toute l'année, il ne manque rien.
