10.0We really enjoyed our stay at The Resident Covent Garden. The location was excellent and made it very easy to explore London on foot. The staff were one of the highlights of the hotel — everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The room was a little small, but it was comfortable, very clean, and had everything we needed. The room was also kept spotless throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend the hotel.
− Honestly, we really liked everything about the hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Covent Garden and very close to the theatres, restaurants, shops, and many of London’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was always very clean and comfortable. The only minor point would be the size of the room, but we upgraded and were given a larger room, which worked very well for us. Overall, we had an excellent stay and really have no complaints. We would definitely stay here again.
