10.0We had an amazing stay at Niseko Kashinoya. Shingo and his family are incredibly kind and welcoming — they truly make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We also had the chance to experience authentic Hokkaido cuisine, which was absolutely delicious. Everything was excellent. Shingo is such a great guy — super friendly, relaxed, and full of good vibes. We would definitely love to come back!

10.0Shingo (the owner) fosters a warm and welcoming community for all his guests. You will feel part of the family as soon as you walk in. All the staff and the rest of Shingo’s family are super friendly and nice. If you have the option, definitely go for the included breakfast and dinner! Everything was fresh, homemade and delicious. We stayed for 4 nights and every dinner was new and exciting. Our first night started with their famous gyozas and hot pot! Rooms were very comfortable/cozy as there are only 4 rooms in the hostel. Everything was super clean and well taken care of. Hostel was an easy 15min walk to get into Grand Hirafu so it is far enough away to be quiet but close enough to easily walk to more restaurants, bars and etc.

10.0Absolutely. Perfect. Shingo and his family were amazing hosts. The lodging is clean and modern. The food is incredible and affordable. Overall a really great spot with some truly lovely people!!
