Disappointed in Shizuoka
4.0We were quite disappointed with our stay. The condition of the room was very poor, the carpet had so many marks/ stains on it and the bed and pillows were really uncomfortable. When the room was cleaned the coffee and creamer was not replaced and neither was the bath mat! Four restaurants but the last order was at eight and the roof top bar only opens five nights a week. The hotel is really overpriced for what it is.
