Local é muito bonito e de fácil acesso. O quarto era grande. A área externa bonita, com boas atrações para crianças e para um bom descanso.

− As janelas do quarto não vedam totalmente a entrada de ar, logo como estava muito frio, o quarto tem impacto. Houve uma falha de energia na rede externa, que impactou a estadia. Houve também uma falta de água quente no chuveiro. Algo legal da estadia e a possibilidade de fazer churrasco na área externa, contudo havia um grupo grande fazendo churrasco e cantando em Karaokê até tarde. O staff do hotel não conseguia fazê-los parar, o que gerou um desconforto muito grande. Os funcionários foram mto solícitos, porém parecia que não estavam preparados para a quantidade de pessoa que havia no hotel. Durante o café da manhã e horário de almoço se via todos os funcionários sempre correndo para fazer os atendimentos. A menina da recepção tinha que atender também no restaurante.

El espacio, la vista alrededor, el río estaba justo al lado, mucha conexión con naturaleza, muy bonito para escapar del bullicio de Lima. Las habitaciones con balcón para poder apreciar el paisaje y super cómodas! La comida buenaza, el lomo saltado fue mi favorito

Nuestra estancia fue tranquila, el personal muy amable, buena ubicación del hotel.

Disorganized, not worth the price

Nice location.

− The staff is disorganized, they are unable to handle guests efficiently. 45 mins waiting time for breakfast, only to be served coffee and cold scrambled eggs. A lot of misinformation, during the first day they asked us to wait an hour for ordering dinner at the restaurant, and then after the hour passed another person told us to wait another one. We would have gone to eat in the town earlier if we had a chance. They didn't allow us in the restaurant because they were holding an event, about which we were also not informed. We asked the receptionist about horse riding, if we needed to reserve it in advance as we were only there 3 days, she said no, ask anytime. When we did the following day, another staff member said they needed 24 hours advance. The swimming pool is only available on the weekends. The WiFi connection is practically non existent, in the room 206, it's only available in the specific spot by the window. The staff completely ignored our request to fix a broken showerhead (some of the water streams were literally flowing horizontally to the wall), and when we asked for room maintenance one day, we left the hotel at 10AM and returned at 4PM, nothing was done. We had to ask twice for toilet paper, and the waiting time for fulfilling such a simple request was 20 minutes. Not sure what the 3 stars are for there. I dont think we will come back due to the frustration caused by the lack of care and communication from the staff. The place itself is not cheap, as we paid 200 soles for each night and the only service we received there was a bed to sleep. Not a chance to use any of the other facilities, such as restaurant, horse riding, or a swimming pool. Personally, I feel quite scammed out of the money.
