8.0Well located for my work trip. Very reasonably priced and perfectly suitable for what I needed
− Noise insulation was limited. Could hear pretty much everything from next room.
The stay was enjoyable and staff were very helpful.

9.0Had booked 2 twins and a double via booking .com, when arrived at Mitchel Hall 3 doubles Had been allocated, staff very helpful and accommodating, in providing at least 1 twin on ground floor for elderly relatives. Thank you.
− Breakfast staff very polite, had to wait for bread to toast, unfortunately the Breakfast went cold, only 2 staff working at the time, serving and till.
