Baie d'Halong somptueuse ! Pendant 2 jours, Vic l'animateur, a été au top et l'ensemble du personnel était souriant et serviable. Les activités proposées étaient super sympa (kayak, grotte, baignade, Khi Cong...). Belle cabine typique. Repas excellents et très copieux. Ambiance au calme et petit groupe.

Wir hatten die Suite mit Balkon und die war im Vergleich zu den Fotos viel größer und schöner, als wir es erwartet haben. Auch das Bad war top! Das Essen war hervorragend!!! Ich bin Vegetarierin und habe zu jedem Gang eine super leckere fleischlose Alternative bekommen. Die Getränkepreise an Bord waren auch ok. Zudem bekommt man eine Glasflasche pro Person, die man während des Aufenthalts jederzeit kostenlos auffüllen kann. Wenn wir gewusst hätten, dass es auf dem Schiff so schön ist, hätten wir zwei Nächte gebucht.

− Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr mühsam. Auf E-Mails wurde gar nicht oder - nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage - nur sehr knapp geantwortet. Die Zahlungsabwicklung war kompliziert. Ab dem Zeitpunkt der Abholung von unserem Hotel haben wir uns aber super aufgehoben gefühlt.

Une croisière comme les autres de la baie

Service excellent. Tout l'équipage très sympathique et professionnel, le guide super Les cabines sont très bien ! Vraie salle de bain, c'est très propre, eau chaude, grand lit, on ne se croirait presque pas sur un bateau ! Belle vue depuis le ponton supérieur

− Expérience très mitigée pour nous, mais ça n'a pas forcément de rapport avec cette compagnie en particulier, seulement on ne s'attendait pas du tout à ce style de croisière. Tout le programme est chronométré et prévu à la minute près, en particulier les repas et l'itinéraire, on part en meme temps que tous les autres bateaux, on s'arrête dans la meme baie pour la soirée et nuit a 50m des autres bateaux, et on fait toutes les activités en même temps, le programme semble très similaire pour tous (les bateaux s'arrêtent au meme endroit pour faire du kayak en meme temps, se baigner sur une mini plage (sale), on visite une petite cave tous en meme temps.... Bref, pas vraiment la croisière de rêve pour nous. Beaucoup de temps passé a table, pour des repas pas très bons, avec des places attitrées pour chacun avec d'autres voyageurs. Ce n'est aucunement la faute de l'équipe du bateau qui a été vraiment super, mais le programme est très "colonie de vacances "
