− Het plafond van de badkamer had een lekkage waardoor er 3 nachten water uit het plafond kwam als de bovenburen gingen douchen. Het elektrisch laden via de laadpaal was omslachtig en werkte eerst wel en vervolgens niet meer. Er mogen best wat elektrische laadpunten bij worden geplaatst!
