Desafortunadamente salvo la ubicación cerca a la bahía este hotel no tiene nada más bueno. Oasis siempre fue mi preferencia al quedarme en Santa Marta por la bahía pero no regreso a este hotel, explicaré las razones abajo.
− Oasis no es lo que era, hace un par de años era un hotel si bien pequeño pero muy bonito tenía todo bien resuelto, atención, areas comunes, ascensor y demás. Sin embargo, esta última vez que estuve puede notar como se ha deteriorado en todos los aspectos: 1. Un desayuno mediocre, 2. Atención pésima, 3. El ruido dentro del hotel: constantemente las personas de recepción se comunican gritando y se escucha en todas las habitaciones, no hay descanso a ninguna hora por culpa de ellos, cuando hay Check in o Check Out se gritan para peguntar si la habitación esta lista o si hubo algun consumo, en particular me tocó escuchar en plena puerta de mi habitación una discusión entre el personal por la forma en la que estaba organizado el depósito en el tercer piso. 4. El ascensor no funciona lo deshabilitaron completamente, se puede ver a personas con maletas grandes batallando para subir y bajar de las habitaciones sin nadie que las ayude. 5. Servicio de restaurante y bar deficiente, muy mediocre, por ejemplo es desayuno es muy lamentable aunque sea incluido, por lo menos brinden una opción mejor o más completa con un costo adicional, EL CAFÉ ES MUY MALO!!!, dicen que hay pizzas las 24hrs y le tienen publicidad a esto en todo el hotel, pero el servicio es hasta las 10:00pm y desde la tarde, y hay días en que te dicen que no hay servicio. En fin Oasis Fresh Hotel, entró en decadencia y ya no se siente ni se ve como un Oasis lindo y genial. Se ha convertido en un Hotelito que deja ver lo que ya no es, barato y con buena ubicación.

Esta en una buena ubicación, muy cercano a todo. La piscina y el sauna son de buen tamaño.
− El equipo de aire acondicionado es viejo y por lo tanto no enfría lo suficiente todas las partes de la habitación, sobre todo el baño que permanece con mayor temperatura. El desayuno es demasiado simple, es necesario comprar algo adicional para completarlo.

− El personal era educado pero poco atento, la habitación asignada quedaba a lado del depósito por lo que la gente pasaba constantemente dejando equipaje incluso en la puerta. El jacuzzi y la piscina tenían el agua bastante turbia por lo que no nos metimos en ella
