Amazing location and comfortable stay
9.0Location was great, close to shops but a little bit of a walk to ginza / shimbashi station 5-10mins. The decor and lobby was really nice. Staff were also helpful.
− One of the room airconditioning was leaking and the property weren’t able to fix it immediately and other rooms were taken up
Very convenient and comfy stay
9.0Complimentary water bottles and nice modern hotel in a very convenient location close to uniqlo, don quijote, ginza 6, mitsukoshi etc
− There were only 2 sets of washing machine/ dryers. Had to wait in line for others to finish.
The hotel has a cool designer vibe, amazing staff. Great location.
9.0The location is fantastic, so close to everything eg Ginza 6 and the main shopping street yet not noisy at all ( also just a 15 minute walk to the fish markets, or the Imperial Gardens etc ) The staff were always very helpful and welcoming. Any room preferences when booked were met or exceeded. This hotel had a casual, cool designer vibe to it with nice lounge spaces, coffee bar, a coin laundry and a small gym. We stayed a few nights at the beginning then the end of a 3 week trip which meant we were able to also store some extra luggage there and travel light on the trains in-between cities. The rooms were very comfortable, stylish and clean and they even have all the room provisions near the front desk to help yourself to on the way through whether that's extra coffee, tea or a toothbrush! We booked 3 rooms for our family.
