4.0− Reservamos para dos adultos buscando dos habitaciones. El anuncio indicaba **“apartamento entero de 2 dormitorios”**, pero al llegar el segundo dormitorio estaba cerrado y había que pagar un suplemento para utilizarlo, condición que estaba reflejada en condiciones adicionales pero al final del todo. Aunque el anfitrión indicó que Booking decide dónde aparece esta condición, consideramos que debería mostrarse claramente junto al precio. Además, no resulta razonable asumir que dos huéspedes van a compartir dormitorio: pueden ser compañeros, amigos o familiares que necesiten espacios separados. Si se anuncia un apartamento entero de dos dormitorios, lo esperable es poder utilizar ambos. Al llegar, en plena ola de calor, la calefacción estaba encendida y el aire acondicionado no consiguió enfriar el alojamiento durante la noche, por lo que tuvimos que dormir en el comedor. Entendemos que pudo ser un accidente, pero una revisión antes de la entrada habría permitido detectarlo y encender el aire con antelación. El wifi solo tenía buena cobertura en uno de los dormitorios y echamos en falta algunos productos básicos como café, aceite o sal.

Lugar ideal para descansar
9.0El apartamento está genial, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. El método de entrada es muy cómodo, permitiendo tener flexibilidad de horario. La ubicación genial, muy tranquila, aunque no puedo decir si está bien para ver Tudela, ya que nosotros estuvimos de paso en un viaje más largo. El anfitrión siempre disponible, no cual también se agradece.
− Había leído en comentarios, que había cafetera de capsulas pero no cafetera italiana. Ahora ya si la hay, lo cual quiere decir que el anfitrión tiene en cuenta las peticiones, punto a su favor. Solo eché de menos una papelera en el baño, lo cual, es un mínimo detalle. También, que las instrucciones para llegar al parking estuvieran en español. Por lo demás, todo perfecto.

− El aire acondicionado solo había en el salón. Y con 30 grados que hacía al ir a dormir imposible. Mucho calor. Se hubiera agradecido un ventilador
