6.0Very great location although a bit off the beaten track in terms of main road. Staff were up to standard and housekeeping were very efficient and timely. Close proximity to nearby coffee shops and 7/11, very useful. Didn’t use the gym but pool was clean and almost always empty. My main complaint is that on checkout they were very hesitant to return the 1000B deposit and ended up keeping 100B for a damp towel left in the room which I apparently needed to pay for laundry for. They tried to pick anything off at the end of the stay to keep the deposit and this actually ruined the overall stay for me, this hotel was otherwise pretty good.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering helpful tips about Bangkok and responding promptly to every request with a smile. The location is ideal—quiet enough for restful nights but still convenient for exploring the city’s vibrant culture, markets, and dining scene. The overall atmosphere is peaceful, welcoming, and genuinely relaxing. I left BU Place feeling refreshed, cared for, and already planning my next visit. If you want a hotel in Bangkok that feels like a home away from home while providing exceptional service and comfort, look no further. This place is simply outstanding!

10.0The hotel is in a busy residential type area away from central city so we usually needed to take a 30 minutes drive into the city. Hotel itself is wonderful and the staff were excellent... We loved our stay
