A lovely place with a great, quiet atmosphere! Close to many beautiful hiking trails. An excellent place to leave your gear while you head out to explore and experience nature.

− The only thing that bothered me was that there was no hand soap or toilet paper in the restroom.

The check-in was easy and the Wi-Fi was perfect. I stayed in the little triangle hut at the top and it was beautiful. Very nice to stay in and very quiet mostly. The location was ideal.

− The campground was perfectly located, and I stayed in a combination of camper van and the little hut. The little hut was perfect. I had a great location and was mostly very quiet. The one thing I have to say is the cleanliness was extremely poor. The garbage cans were never ever Emptied, and it was full upon our arrival. We mentioned it to the staff and nothing was done for the three days we were there. It just got worse. It was really disgusting. We ended up having to move it across the campground because it overflowed so much into our site. The bathrooms were equally unclean. Paper and trash stuff were on the floor; tons of hair in the drains and garbage overflowing. there i believe there needs to be much better emptying of trash during the busy season. Everything else was great and I would totally stay there again.

Security concerns overshadowed our stay

Location in Ermida was beautiful.

− Our stay was unfortunately let down by a number of significant issues. The most serious happened on our final night. We were in bed asleep with our young children when three strangers opened the door to our cabin using a key card. The receptionist had accidentally checked them into our cabin and given them access. By the time they realised the mistake, the receptionist had already left for the evening and was unreachable. The group had no choice but to sleep in their car. This was a serious breach of our security and left us feeling very uneasy. We had specifically booked and paid for a cabin advertised as having air conditioning. On arrival, we were told that none of the cabins have air conditioning and that the information on Booking.com was incorrect. The toilet and shower block was also in poor condition. The shower drains quickly blocked, causing water to overflow into neighbouring cubicles by several inches. You'll also need to bring your own toilet paper. During our stay, the only food available on site was pizza, and the communal area was very small with limited space to relax.
