The condo was extremely clean and the host was very responsive and friendly. Definitely a great value for the price.

− There was only one bathroom hand towel and one kitchen hand towel, plus no kitchen dish rags.

Understated property right next to Lake Michigan

The accommodations of this place are extremely understated. What a lovely stay! All you need to bring are your clothes, toiletries, and other creature comforts. When they say "stocked kitchen", they really mean it! They have a can opener, dishes for kids and adults, necessities for the patio grill or lighting a fire in their fire pit, a blender(!), a dishwasher with the nicest soap on the market, water kettle, pots and pans, measuring spoons, and every other necessity for cooking or baking. There were plenty of bath towels and washcloths, sample-sized soaps, an excellent blow dryer (I need the same kind now...), an ironing board, vacuum, etc. The furnishings are simple and easy to use, and I loved my view out the kitchen window while making breakfast. The pull-out bed in the living room was very helpful for extra sleeping quarters for our large family, and parking and trash were easy to locate and use.

− Our family could have used a few more kitchen trash bags, and we needed more change (quarters) on hand to dry things in the dryer after being at the beach several days in a row.

The villa was nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and everything appeared to be brand new. It was perfect for our stay.
