Zina's house is a gem, and her hospitality is exceptional. The house is spacious and cozy, and the garden is just amazing. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you may need to prepare not only breakfast but an entire meal. Zina is the best host, she had thought of everything. She was very welcoming and kind to give us a lot of recommendations helping us to have a great time in Skiathos. Zina makes sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need, while she is very respectful of their privacy. Highly recommend and I would love to be back.

The house is in a good location, the towels were changed every day, it was clean.

− the bedrooms are quite small and narrow, like for dwarves, There was no wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. The landlady made us turn off the air conditioners every day when we left the house. you come home from the beach and there's a sauna in the house, quite uncomfortable, but it's 37 degrees outside, On the last day, the woman sat with us until the end, you can't get well in peace and she came again and turned off the air conditioner … and other small things I didn't like, I won't go into details, but I wouldn't repeat it.

The house is in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing location, perfect for a family: children may play in the garden, where there are four nice colorful hammocks, some nice trees, a rooster and two hens. In the garden, close to the kitchen, there is also a nice wide patio where you can have breakfast and relax on a sofa. I was positively surprised by the care that the owner placed in all the details: the house was decorated with several nice little statues of frogs and a big nice frog was painted at the entrance of the house. No need of air conditioning, as - though we stayed there in mid August - in the house we could enjoy a good temperature and a bit of wind. The house was equipped with any comfort, a perfect mix between the comfort of a hotel (bathrobes, shampoos, bedroom slippers, etc.) and the comfort of a house (kitchen tools, washing machine detergent, etc.). Everything was clean and new. Walking just five-ten minutes we could get to small supermarkets and to the bus line that connects the port and several beaches. I strongly recommend it.

Lovely and authentic. Set in calm and beautiful surroundings and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Wanted to stay longer. Zina is such a welcoming host knowing how much space to give guests. A hidden gem.

Zina has a beautiful house and incredible garden.She has welcomed us there and provided us with jam, fruits, and water, which was quite welcoming after the flight and heat. We were 4 adults and 1 child and had enough space (2 bedrooms plus one extra cot). The kitchen was well equipped with everything, so you can do your own cooking if you want. Air conditioning and wifi were very good, and she helped with the cleaning daily - you decide together when and how. In the evenings, you can sit in the porch/ hammock, or you can go by foot to some of the taverns nearby (Jasteri being 10 min away). Overall, we had a very nice experience and felt as if at home. Thank you, Zina, for everything!
