For us this was the perfect unit in the perfect location on Orient beach.
10.0This is our 2nd year we have stayed at this unit for many reasons. It has a great location with orient beach directly across the road. Also the Orient village grocery stores and a excellent selection of restaurants are a short 5 min walk. The upstairs bedroom has a large balcony and wonderful views of the beach. There are 2 large pools, Great for cooling off an the end of the day. The unit is unbelievably well stocked. It even has beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers. The unit has been recently been totally remodeled and is very clean and modern. It is the perfect unit in a perfect location on Orient beach. Definitely plan to return.

9.0Truly the best location on the island! Orient beach is legit steps away + the village just a short walk for some of the most wonderful food we had while there. The condo complex was clean / quiet and well cared for. The apartment was lovely - amazing kitchen and even more amazing patio space - we entertained with friends one evening and the patio was perfect space to eat and hang out. Gourmet grocery store with all the yummy wine you could ever want is walking distance. We did have a car to tour around the island and shop at the larger supermarket. We tend to get restless but every time we ventured out we came to the same conclusion ... we were in best place on the island! Super well stocked - great hosts!
− Really - the only weird thing was the upstairs toilet - there are two bathrooms w showers upstairs and a teeny tiny little water closet w toilet : ) I hit my knees the door was so close, but this gripe is a total stretch and no fault of the owners.

10.0The location was excellent and convenient for all. Walk to the beach and restaurants. Very quiet and private. Well done, new construction.
