Just one step from a wonderful, but extremely crowded Sirmione, it was a piece of peace. The room was excellent - view lake with a small balcony - enough size for 1 person - maybe on a small side for a couple. Rarely : two exit doors, separated by a small closet, therefore no noise. Cleanness top of the notch. Bed and pillows comfortable, a lot of cupboards to put the clothes. Restaurant: wonderful breakfast and dinner - buffet choice to all tastes, all nicely decorated, dinner menu comme il faut, impeccable, attentive and fast service, special thanks to Margaret and Andrea. Beach: on the wooden ponton, clean ,you can swim in the lake though there is a sign not allowed - could not understand why. Swimming pool a bit small to my taste and a number of people. Served by beach person who is moving your umbrella with the sun ! Spa: made full massage which nothing special and facial with Suzanne - that was really great, recommend Caviar anti-âge.

− My room was view lake, but on a left extreme, therefore I would call it a side view, also a sound from the wall with conditioning , therefore could not open window at night. And the second small negative element- gel etc attached to the wall of douche cabin at the height almost inaccessible at around 180-190. We are not all that tall. 5 star hotel should provide just usual small bottles . This looked a bit cheap.

Lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dobra.

− Tragiczny zapach z kanalizacji unoszący się chwilami w obiekcie. Jedna mała winda bez klimatyzacji. Mały wybór warzyw podczas śniadania.

Würden sofort wieder gehen.

The property is beautiful. The location is incredible, it’s a 30 second walk to the old town. The staff were very helpful. It’s very clean and rooms are cleaned often. It’s lovely having a thermal heated outdoor pool and also access to go swimming in the lake to cool off. The food and drink is also very nice

− I took my 10 month old child and was advised on arrival he couldn’t use the pool. There is an age limit due to the sulphur from the spring. I wasn’t advised of this when I booked it wasn’t in the description of the hotel on booking.com. This was very disappointing. They did give us a small paddling pool for him to use but it’s not what’s expected on a family holiday. Charging 2 euros per coffee pod to replace daily is crazy considering the price you pay for a suit. A welcome drink would have been a nice touch but that’s me being fussy
