Connected to the mall . Would like to like to highlight the location it’s great . Best breakfast - Staff welcome to accommodate any personalised breakfast order. hence located In middle dowtown have a truly tranquil pool . Would like to thank you to the staff Melvin and Vijay since lot of years consistent with top service all times . The spa become improved and staff professional. In breakfast always Kimza and Gerly always make my order perfect .

The pool at the Address Downtown is easily one of my favorite spots in Dubai. It is perfectly positioned to capture plenty of sun throughout the day, but it’s also temperature-controlled, making it just as enjoyable during the cooler months. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the excellent service. I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with Arup, Vijay, and Joseph multiple times; they are consistently helpful, professional, and welcoming. Even when the deck is busy, they go out of their way to accommodate me, seamlessly managing bed availability even if I need to move around. Highlights of the experience: The Atmosphere: Unlike many other hotel pools in the area, there is no loud, intrusive music. It is a peaceful, sophisticated environment perfect for a relaxing day. Dining: Food service is prompt and efficient. The menu offers a great selection, including high-quality, healthy options that don't compromise on flavor. Value: It is well worth the investment for a premium, stress-free experience. If you’re looking for a refined day by the water with top-tier service, I cannot recommend the Address Downtown enough.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer and more friendly to me . The whole experience was really lovely . Im already looking forward to coming back . Special mention to Vijay , Joseph and Arup for looking after me so well and couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly.
