The property itself was amazing and there are many updated units on the property which was built in the 70’s. Our unit which was larger so we could sleep 5 was very spacious and appears to be in a slow remodeling phase as we found a lot of lumber and pipes hidden in many dusty corners. Not the cleanest room upon arrival but definitely not worth me contacting anyone, which I never did. Everything was contactless and hassle free which we loved. The stairs were the real only complaint because they were not properly replaced and every step was extremely loud causing a lot of wake ups with two teenage boys in the house. The property was very nice and surrounded by the pacific with many enjoyable places to take in her power and beauty. Definitely could have been cleaner and possibly a little less being worked on but definitely fit our budget with the larger family.

Property is dated but functional No AC is a bit of a killer but with some effort we got enough air flow through the unit Some units do have ac so read the details carefully -I missed that

Excellent location to enjoy Poipu area, easily walkable to beach ( uphill return). We needed to keep front door open to get cool breeze into apartment. Would have appreciated aircon, however did know in advance that there wasn’t any. Property is well maintained including the pool and spa. Enjoy watching turtles in the surf! Would stay again.

We enjoyed the condo it is spacious, but it was really hot. If there was a security screen front door to open the air could come through with the sliders open. The kitchen window and the first bedrooms windows did not open. There are no fans in the bathrooms. The sliders were difficult to lock but there are dowels to place in the door tracks for security.

We stayed here for a week in an upper unit with an ocean view.(2204) It was so lovely to wake up and sit on the porch with such a nice view. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The pool was nice for an afternoon swim. It was very windy while we were there so that accounted for the comfortability in the space without air conditioning. Plus the fans in each room. The kitchen had a coffee maker, blender and lots of containers for our leftover foods when cooking at home. All in all I would stay here again.

This condo is a pleasant short walk to beach access. Good snorkeling nearby. Turtles and monk seals on the beach every day. Many come in for overnight resting. The condo we stayed in is managed by another resort down the road. They were very responsive to our needs. Ie: providing 2 more folding chairs for the patio, a pair of scissors, and rods to place in sliding doors and windows to secure at night. (As we were on the ground floor) But, most windows were difficult to open. Unfortunately, kitchen lacked adequate cookware, unless you like Teflon. Glassware mostly old and funky. The kitchen cupboard doors stick badly and are soiled at areas used to open them. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Light in laundry not working. The TV was small and poor sound due to location, no streaming service available. These issues cannot be addressed to the managers of the condo, as they fall onto “the owners” responsibility to correct. How to contact.’the owner’ is not clear….? The ceiling fans were spot on tho for keeping us comfortable 👍 and the pool and hot tub wonderful 😊
