Fabulous staff, great location, not conventional but breakfast and wine and cheese a nice touch

Once you get use to the size of the room (small) you get comfortable with it and realize it is perfectly designed with little wasted space. It is kept immaculately clean. The staff is outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The front desk people were very helpful to us and a special stand out was Yolanda who helped us learn how to use the heat register in the room and using the CC on TV since the TV sound only goes to 40 in loudness and my husband is hard of hearing. Also appreciated breakfast and wine and cheese in afternoon. Great location.

− We have never stayed in a hotel where there was no space outside your room except the breakfast area to sit and just "people watch" and with rooms being small it was something you had to get use to. Also I asked for a high floor not near the elevators. We ended up on the 7th FL in the back of the hotel, next to a bldg under construction. Although we had a great sleep we had very little natural light in the room and wish we asked to be moved to a room in the front where there would have been more light, if not a view. This is not a complaint just a preference

− Noise insulation could be better. We were on the 9th floor and could hear a lot of traffic noise.

Great place to stay. Very clean room, very comfortable bed, excellent climate control, quiet at night. The elevator is fast. The room is small but didn't feel cramped because of the efficient layout. The staff is very friendly and helpful. No restaurant or gym, but I don't use these anyway and didn't want to pay more to have them. The property does not try to nickel-and-dime you like most hotels.

− The internet was faster on my iPhone with the hotel Wi-Fi turned off and using only cellular data (4 bars at this location with Verizon). I thought it was just an issue with my phone, but my wife noted the same problem on hers.

Location was great. Hotel very well run. Lovely staff. Breakfast included in price just fine - nothing fancy but it does the trick. Room well appointed and clean. Reasonably priced - it’s still alot of money but it’s Manhattan.

− Dark - hotel is on a dark street so they might have chosen a lighter colour palette. There is major construction going on at the back of the building but jet lag was getting me up early anyway so it didn’t bother me and the windows do muffle the sound

la gentillesse de tout le personnel ! super idée de proposer de 17h à 18h un petit verre de vin et amuse bouche 👍👏 et pour ceux qui veulent ,le petit déjeuner est offert aussi , possibilité de petite box pour emporter . La personne présente pour re approvisionner le petit déjeuner était très sympathique
